Return on Investment Analysis for E-Business

Speaker: Bill Eisele, Research Analyst for Hurwitz Group

As a member of Hurwitz Group's e-Business Application Strategies team, Mr. Eisele covers international e-Commerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Business Intelligence (BI) and other e-Business applications.

Mr. Eisele has eight years experience in high technology, public relations, consulting and journalism. Before joining Hurwitz Group, Mr. Eisele reported on Silicon Valley industry trends and developed collateral and messaging for industry leaders Micron Electronics, Seagate Software and others.
