Disaster Recovery Planning

In business since 1976, BWT Associates has full time consultants, some of whom have advanced degrees and various certifications. The firm has been involved with over 100 contingency plans.

Areas of expertise include; anti-terrorism, biometric identification, workplace violence, internet and computer security, infrastructure audit, voice, data, image and sensory telecommunications, contingency planning, management audits, project management, PC-based planning tools, evaluations, facility security, notification systems, alternative site evaluations, records management, policies & procedures development, customized educational sessions and personnel search, development and outplacement.

Areas of consultation include; healthcare, military, government, manufacturing, insurance, banking, law, education, retail, services, associations, management and telecommunications.

Ben founded BWT Associates in 1976 as an independent management consulting firm that utilizes management, organizational and technology tools to solve client problems. In his capacity as principal of the firm, he has performed and supervised consulting assignments for large and smaller client organizations. Ben has ten years experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the evening divisions of several colleges including: Clark University (COPACE), Western New England College, Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester State College and Central New England College.

Ben presents to professional groups on management and technology topics and for their members' certification purposes. Ben's educational credentials include Clark University: Doctoral level courses in consultative intervention, group process and development, problem solving, psychology and sociology theory, education theories, normative behavior and Management.
